Firefox 3 launch

Download Day 2008
Firefox 3 will be launching today and they’re aiming to break the world record for most downloaded software in 24 hours. Firefox 2 has been my preferred browser for years now thanks to Dyna and I really can’t go back to using IE.

The fox is cute, but still no match for the Kyuubi guarding the sidebar

Firefox is not by any means perfect, it does have its share of bugs and problems, but overall it’s much better compared to IE and is highly customizable.Firefox 3 seems to have fixed the problem with the browser hogging up memory and cpu resources even when it’s idle, and it will finally have its own built-in session restore function.

I’m gonna be taking part in Mozilla’s effort, are you?
