After watching season 1 and 2 I’ve come to the conclusion that this anime is poorly written. Nothing is ever epic because the pilots just plain suck. I really dislike how they ruined the whole concept of “Gundams are made of Gundanium and are very tough” as well as the “It’s so fucking hard to pilot that if YOU were to even step foot in one, you would die.” It really seems like the Pilots lack any real merit. In fact, I would prefer if someone like Graham was the only Miester. I also hate the fact that Every prominant side character seems to stay alive for no good reason. Especially since everyone else dies easily. And it really pisses me off how much shit Setsuna talks just to get his ass beat by one fucking mobile suit that’s not even a gundam. There’s one instance where the resistance tries to save some people and they all fucking die. It’s like “Ok, what the fuck was the point of that?” The further you get in the story, the more bagage you have to carry. The plot would be just fine without it, but it continues to be thrown in there. And the worst part of all is that the bad guys ALWAYS win. But the more you watch, the more it seems like “Hey, you know what? Celestial Being is a menace to society in every sense of the term.” If Celestial Being never existed, so many people wouldn’t have died.

I think that you really judged too quick. I mean, a rant after 6 episodes, before knowing the reason for certain things? That’s hilarious. You know what sucks? You, my dear friend. And no, I’m not saying this because I’m a total 00-fanboy or something. Also, wasn’t it obvious that Setsuna is not a Japanese since.. the first episode? I do have to agree with you on one point: Graham is gay, and that’s what makes him awesome.

I don’t know if you already said you were wrong about the things you posted here somewhere else, but I really don’t care either. I just wanted to share what I was thinking, with no intention to get you angry or something.

Gundam 00 is AWESOME! If you don’t like it don’t watch it. ALthough I do agree that Graham has a strange relationship with the Gundam…. random_guy, Gundam 00 isn’t gay. Seed was alright and I reckon Wing is just as awesome as 00. Samos, you’re a retard. If you don’t like it, why the hell did you bother watching up to the end of season 1? Fag.

I totally agree with the point of the the emo pilots. Plus Tieria should be a girl with her (his) look. God, 00 is a good anime, but is gay compared to wing or seed.

I think the show sucks, I’ve watched up to episode 25 or 26 or whatever. I won’t be watching anymore though.

Setsuna is Kurdish, with his real REAL name being Soran Ibrahim. I’m still trying to figure out where the name Kamal Mazirif came from.

But at least he won’t have any more new names popping up, since that’s what his (I assume) mother called him.

his country was destroyed by some middle east country and was a neighbour of it. so i assume setsuna is not japanese but middle eastern kid.
